A realtor referred me to Mike after dissatisfaction with another well known commercial carpet cleaning company. He returned my call within an hour, set up an appointment with me the very next day (I was in a time crunch needing it done), and took the time to explain things to me so I could make an informed decision for my needs.
I can't express my satisfaction! The carpets look new, and a tough odor the other company just masked, was removed. If that wasn't enough, while Mike was there, he noticed my furnace hadn't kicked on, investigated, and found an error code inside my furnace. He then called his friend who's an HVAC technician who walked him through the process of resetting my furnace.
He went far above and beyond my expectations! Honest, professional, responsive, and just overall helpful. Do yourself a favor, save the money you'd waste with other companies and support this amazing local business!

Mike was easy to get in touch with for a quote and was flexible with scheduling. We had Spot On Carpet Care clean our large couch, which seats 10+ people and has been well-loved by 3 dogs, so it was quite a job! I called to get a quote on Upholstry cleaning and the gentleman I talked to was very upfront and honest with me letting me know that I would be wasting my money to have my items cleaned due to the things we had already tried.
